This website is provided by Nordic Controls Ltd for information. We try to keep it accurate, but product information here is general — each quotation and the manufacturer's datasheet are what count for a specific part.

Quotations

• A quotation is an offer valid for the period stated on it. Nothing is ordered until you confirm in writing (email or purchase order).
• Prices, delivery charges and VAT are shown on each quotation. Lead times are estimates based on supplier information at the time of quoting.
• Parts are new unless the quotation says otherwise.

Orders, delivery and payment

• Payment terms are stated on the quotation and invoice. Ownership of goods passes to you when they are paid for in full.
• Please check deliveries on arrival and tell us about any damage or shortage within 3 working days.
• Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If a part is faulty, contact us and we will arrange a return, repair, replacement or refund in line with that warranty.

Trademarks

Manufacturer names and part numbers are used only to identify products. Nordic Controls is an independent supplier and is not an authorised distributor of any manufacturer unless a quotation states so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
